             一般來講硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的對金屬的附著力大于聚醚型聚氨醋,因此本試驗選用聚酷類多元醇加人到B組分。從圖5可以看出,隨著多元醇組分分子量的減少,底涂劑對金屬的粘接性能逐步升高。這是因為多元醇組分的分子量減少會造成其與NC()組分反應生成的聚氨醋體系的醋鍵和硬段含量增加,軟段含量減少。由于醋鍵和硬段對金屬的吸附力遠大于軟段,而且硬段中有大量的易與金屬形成絡合物的氨基甲酸基的存在,所以提高了底涂劑與金屬之間的附著力。其中,分子量為267. 16的MOCA獲得了最佳的粘接效果。

             通過試驗發現,MOCA含量的變化對剪切強度有很大的影響,而且對陽極化鋁和鍍銅鋼的粘接性能產生的影響并不相同。圖6是M(xA的含量分別對陽極化鋁和鍍鎬鋼粘接性能的影響,MOCA的加人使得底涂劑對鋁片的粘接性能有所下降,但是對鍍鍋鋼的粘接性能卻有很大的提高。在MO-CA的加人量達到17%后,對兩種金屬的粘接性能均下降。

             經過多次試驗發現,只有環己酮和四氫吠喃對所選強極性聚合物有較好的溶解性。其中四氫吹喃的溶解性要好于環己酮,但是四氫吠喃的揮發過快,用其配得的底涂劑操作困難。因此我們采用四氫映喃和環己酮配合作為溶劑。不同的配比對粘接性能和表干時間的影響如圖7、圖8所示?煽闯鲭S著溶劑中環己酮的增加,剪切強度和表干時間提高。當溶劑全部為環己酮時,表干時間長達20min,底涂劑在操作時易發生縮孔現象,導致剪切強度下降。http://m.inaodoi.com/
