             如圖7所示,從長期來看,相對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘結強度隨老化時間延長呈線性下降的趨勢,這與圖2、圖3中的結果基本一致。這表明,在整個紫外老化過程中,雖然交聯與降解一直并存,但由于光、熱以及水的共同作用,使得降解一直占據主導地位。相對粘結強度隨老化時間的變化關系可按一次函數y=A+Bx進行擬合,詳細參數列于表1。相對伸長率隨老化時間延長,幾乎不變,這與圖4、圖5中的結果也是基本一致的。

             由表1可擬合得到硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠相對粘結強度隨老化時間變化的方程:

             對任一既有建筑上使用的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,其使用時間是已知的,通過測定其粘結強度,求出相對粘結強度,即可根據方程(1)推算硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠自然老化結果相對應的實驗室人工加速老化時間,及時掌握使用中的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠所處的老化階段,從而推測幕墻工程的安全性、預測其剩余壽命。

             通過人工加速老化試驗,得到硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠力學性能隨老化時間變化的數據,并對其進行歸一化處理,得到的曲線能在一定程度上反映多數硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠力學性能隨老化時間變化的趨勢。

             只要掌握足夠多的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠老化試驗數據,并對其進行歸一化處理,就可以對方程(1)進行完善,得到對實際工程中使用的大部分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠都適用的相對粘結強度與老化時間關系方程,從而為工程檢測中評估既有建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的耐久性提供有效的技術支持。同時,通過這樣的方法還能幫助研究人員建立起實驗室人工加速老化的結果和自然老化結果的對應關系,為后人評估既有建筑膠耐久性提供寶貴的數據。http://m.inaodoi.com/
