4種雙組分硅酮結構丁基防水嵌縫密封膠試樣的最大粘結強度隨老化時間的變化趨勢見圖3。
如圖3所示,4種雙組分硅酮結構丁基防水嵌縫密封膠試樣,經5 000 h人工加速老化試樣后,粘結強度同樣〕0.45 MPa,即滿足標準GB 16776-2005的要求。隨著老化時間的延長,2#試樣呈線性下降,經5 000 h老化試樣后,粘結強度值較初始值下降了約40%; 4#試樣的粘結強度在老化初期大幅下降,1 000 h后下降速度減小,5 000 h時粘結強度值較初始值下降了約58%;6#和8#試樣的粘結強度在老化初期小幅增加,隨老化時間進一步延長又逐漸下降。隨老化時間的延長,4種雙組分硅酮結構膠粘結強度變化規律同樣稍有不同,但從長期來看,都呈下降趨勢。
4種單組分硅酮結構丁基防水嵌縫密封膠試樣最大粘結強度時的伸長率隨老化時間的變化趨勢見圖4。
如圖4所示,1#,5,7試樣伸長率在老化試驗進行初期有小幅下降,1 000 h后基本不變;3"試樣伸長率在老化初期小幅上升,隨老化時間的進一步延長,伸長率值逐漸趨于平緩。經5 000 h老化試驗后,4種單組分硅酮結構丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的伸長率值與初始值相比,變化都很小。http://m.inaodoi.com
