通過在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠中添加硅樹脂微球，研究其對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響。比較了不同硅樹脂微球用量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠密度、硫化速度、拉伸強度以及拉斷伸長率等的影響。結果表明，當硅樹脂微球質量分數為0. 5%時，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠密度降低了8. 2%，且力學性能和硫化性能均無明顯變化，貯存穩定性良好。
