丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的配方為MS樹脂、PPG、輕質碳酸鈣、重質碳酸鈣、氣相二氧化硅、乙烯基二甲氧基硅烷、氨基硅烷偶聯劑、幾月桂酸二廠基錫、防霉劑若干。
根據配方將MS樹脂、PPG、輕質碳酸鈣、重質碳酸鈣投入行星式捏合機中，真空攪拌均勻后120℃脫水2小時。冷卻后分2次投入氣相二氧化硅，真空混合均勻后，按配比加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、氨基硅烷偶聯劑、二月桂酸月一基錫和防霉劑，真空攪拌棍合均勻，出料包裝待用。
性能測試
丁基防水嵌縫密封膠綜合性能按照JC/T 885-2016進行測定:
(1)物理性能:按照GB/T 13477方法迸行測定，測試丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的表干時間、拉伸強度、定伸粘接、彈性恢復率等;
(2)防霉性能:將樣品制膜，按R(;GB/T 1741-2007方法進行防霉性測定，測試的菌種包括黑曲霉、黃曲霉、球毛殼霉等。根據標準要求，丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的防霉等級必須達到0級或1級。其中，0級是在放大約50倍下無明顯長霉:1級為肉眼看不到或很難看到長霉，但在放大鏡一F可明顯見到長霉網。
圖1-a中未加防霉劑的霉菌沿樣品四周中度生長，防霉等級為3級;圖1-b和1-d的樣品邊緣霉菌輕微生長，防霉等級為2級:圖1-c中的樣況!達到1級防霉的要求。圖1數據表明，丁基防水嵌縫丁基防水嵌縫密封膠體系有一定的防霉性能，0.5%防霉劑的加入能顯著提高丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的防霉性，辛基一異n哩琳酮類防霉劑比含N雜化類防霉劑和氧化雙吩惡砒更加適用于MS體系。另外，氧化雙吩惡砒類防霉劑多含有有機砷，對人體和環境有害，會逐漸被市場淘汰。http://m.inaodoi.com/
